WellNext provides preventive health services at workplaces and residential buildings, including bloodwork, biometric measurements and personal Nurse Practitioner review. Our services are performed by licensed healthcare professionals and are intended for preventive health purposes only. They do not replace regular medical care from your primary healthcare provider.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and older through participating workplaces and residential buildings, subject to the requirements of the relevant clinic program. Participation in screenings is voluntary. Submitting a workplace or building inquiry does not reserve a clinical appointment.

• Provide accurate and complete health information during registration and screenings.
• Follow any pre-screening instructions provided (e.g., fasting requirements).
• Consult your personal physician regarding any health concerns identified during screenings.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials if using our digital portal.

WellNext provides health screening services for informational and preventive purposes. We are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on screening results without consulting a physician.
• Conditions not detected by the scope of tests performed.
• Interruptions or delays in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellNext's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WellNext Health Services and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
